I've been a customer here for a few years, and I appreciate the level of service I typically receive. The tellers are friendly and ready to help, which makes visits pleasant. I often use the drive-thru ATM, and it’s efficient and convenient, especially when I'm in a hurry. I've also had to resolve a few issues with my account, and the staff did their best to help me navigate through them. That said, I think the bank could improve their communication regarding any changes in services or fees. There have been a couple of surprises that caught me off guard. I would love to see them enhance their online banking platform, as it could use some updates to make it more user-friendly. Nevertheless, I am generally happy with my banking experience here, and I plan to continue my banking relationship, hoping to see some of these improvements in the future!
