As someone who’s been with various banks over the years, I can confidently say this place stands out! I recently had to deal with some transactions that required extra care, and I was lucky enough to be assisted by a representative who was knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. The waiting area was spacious and comfortable, which is a plus when you're anticipating a bit of a wait. They have a nice coffee station that really lifted my spirits while I was there! I was also impressed by the digital services they offer; setting up online banking was seamless, and their app is user-friendly. I did experience a small hiccup when I needed to talk to someone via phone customer service, which took longer than I anticipated, but once I got through, they resolved my issue quickly. I just had a great experience at this financial center! I went in to inquire about a mortgage loan, and the staff was on point with their recommendations. I had an overall positive experience at this banking location, but there were a couple of things that could be improved. First off, the staff was friendly and helpful as I set up my new account. They answered all my questions with a smile, and I appreciated their patience. The facility itself was clean and organized. However, I did notice that there was only one teller during peak hours, which caused a bit of a line. I think it would help if they had more staff during busy times to speed things up. That said, I still feel confident in my decision to bank here and plan on returning in the future. It’s definitely a solid choice for local banking.
