Having been a customer for a number of years, I find that this bank offers solid services that keep me coming back. The staff is consistently polite and knowledgeable, which makes all the difference when you’re navigating financial decisions. I recently needed to open a savings account, and the process was seamless. They provided all the necessary information upfront and didn’t pressure me into making any decisions, which I really appreciated. The drive-thru ATM is another great feature that saves me time, especially when I'm on the go. However, I do find their hours quite limiting, especially being closed on weekends. It would be great if they could extend their hours or at least open for a half-day on Saturdays. Even so, I’m very satisfied with the banking experience and would recommend them to anyone in need of a dependable bank.
