As a long-time customer, I have seen both the highs and lows of this banking center. On the positive side, the customer service is generally quite good. The staff is always eager to help, and they have a great knowledge of the products. I recently had an issue with my account, and they were quick to resolve it, which was a huge relief. That said, I have noticed that the wait times can be frustrating at times, especially during peak hours. It would be great if they could find a way to streamline the process a bit more. Overall, I would still recommend them for their great service and supportive staff; just be prepared for a possible wait.
