I called this service after noticing a mouse problem in my attic. They responded quickly and sent someone over to assess the situation. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly, explaining everything clearly. The treatment worked well, and I haven't seen any signs of mice since. I do wish their hours were a bit more flexible, especially for weekend appointments, but overall, I had a great experience!
