From the moment I stepped into the clinic, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Their reception area was clean, bright, and had a calming atmosphere, which immediately put me at ease. I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating they were with scheduling my appointment—I was able to come in on a Saturday without any hassle, which is a huge plus for someone with a busy work week! The dentist I saw was not only skilled but took the time to explain every step of the process in detail. I really appreciated how he addressed my concerns and made me feel involved in my treatment plan. The adjustments to my dentures were done quickly, and I could feel the difference almost immediately. The care they took to ensure my comfort was evident; they even followed up with a call the next day to see how I was feeling! While I had an overall fantastic experience, I think they could improve the wait time a bit. I had to wait around 15 minutes past my appointment time, which was a little longer than I expected.
