What a fantastic experience! I visited this eye care center for my annual check-up, and I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and professional everyone was. The staff was efficient, and I barely had to wait after filling out my paperwork. The optometrist was attentive and made the whole process feel personal. They also provided a comprehensive selection of glasses, which I loved! If I had to point out something for improvement, it would be to have a few more options for sunglasses. I went to this eye care center on recommendation from a friend, and I am so glad I did! The entire staff was warm and welcoming, which put me at ease right from the start. My appointment was on time, and I was promptly seen by Dr. Johnson, who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to perform a thorough examination and explained the results in a way that was easy to understand. I loved that she took a personalized approach to my eye health. There was a bit of a wait for the glasses fitting, which was a little frustrating, but the staff made me feel comfortable while I waited, and they were very apologetic about the delay. Once I chose my frames, the fitting process was smooth, and I walked out feeling confident. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the wait could be improved. However, the quality of care I received more than made up for any inconvenience. I will absolutely be returning for my next exam!

The only thing I might suggest is to extend the hours on weekends, as having more options would be super convenient for those of us with busy weekdays. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I’ll definitely be returning for my follow-up!
