As a long-time member of this credit union, I've had a range of experiences over the years. I had the pleasure of visiting this credit union last week to open a savings account and was thoroughly impressed! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, instantly making me feel at ease. I also appreciated the transparency regarding fees—there were no hidden surprises. If I had to suggest one improvement, I think they could benefit from extending their hours on Saturdays, as I imagine many potential customers might struggle to visit during the week. Nevertheless, I left feeling satisfied and confident in my choice to bank here!
