I had a fantastic experience at this bank! The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. I went in last week to open a new savings account, and the representative walked me through every step of the process. I appreciated how patient they were with my many questions. The branch is clean and well-organized, which made my visit pleasant. I also love that they have Saturday hours, making it easier for folks who can’t make it during the week. My only suggestion would be to have more ATMs in the area since I sometimes have to drive further than I’d like to find one. But overall, I highly recommend this bank for anyone looking for great service and support!

I’ve been banking here for a couple of years now, and I can honestly say the customer service is top-notch. The tellers are always polite and greet me with a smile. I recently had an issue with a transaction, and the staff went above and beyond to resolve it quickly. I also appreciate the online banking features—they’re intuitive and make managing my account much easier. However, I think the hours could be a bit more flexible. They close at 5 PM on weekdays, which can be tough for those of us who work standard hours. If they could extend hours a little later on weekdays or even add a few more Saturday hours, that would be helpful. Still, I feel secure and valued as a customer here.
