It was refreshing to feel valued as a customer! I particularly liked how patient they were, answering all my questions about different accounts and services. The branch itself is very clean and organized, making it easy to find what you need. I also appreciate that they have a drive-through option; it’s a huge timesaver when I’m in a hurry. However, I do wish they had extended hours on Saturdays, because it can be tough for those of us working a regular 9-to-5 to get there during the week. Other than that, my experience has been nothing short of excellent. I’ve already recommended this place to friends, and I’m looking forward to a long banking relationship here.
