I can't speak highly enough about the service I received. I had an urgent issue with my account, and the customer service team handled it like pros. They were patient, respectful, and went above and beyond to resolve my situation. It was refreshing to see employees who truly care about their customers. Their hours are quite convenient during the weekdays, and I appreciate that they stay open later on Fridays. The atmosphere in the branch is welcoming, and I like that they have private areas for discussing sensitive financial matters. I do wish they had more ATMs around town, as sometimes I find it inconvenient to locate one nearby. But I have no doubt I’ll be banking here for many years to come!

I recently switched my banking to a local branch and I'm really pleased so far! The staff are friendly and they really know their stuff. I had some questions about loan options, and the loan officer took a lot of time to explain everything in detail. It didn’t feel like a sales pitch at all, just genuine advice which I really appreciated. The only downside is that they are closed on weekends, which makes it a bit challenging for those of us with busy schedules. I hope they consider opening up on Saturdays in the future. But overall, it’s been a positive experience thus far!
