My experience with this bank has been quite positive overall. The staff are friendly, and I appreciate the personalized service. They took the time to explain the various account options available, which helped me make informed decisions about my finances. I also feel that their technology is relatively user-friendly, making it easy to manage my accounts from my phone. However, I did experience a few hiccups with their mobile app; it occasionally logs me out unexpectedly. I mentioned this to a representative, and they assured me they’re working on improvements, which is reassuring. What I love most is that they’re actively engaged with the community, hosting financial literacy workshops that I attended and found incredibly beneficial. This bank has great potential, and I believe that with some tweaks, it could be a top choice for many.
