I switched to this bank about six months ago, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised! The customer service is fantastic; every time I walk in, I’m greeted by friendly faces, and the staff is always ready to assist. The teller helped me set up automatic payments, which was a breeze. I appreciate the variety of services offered, especially the savings account options. My only complaint would be that occasionally the lobby can feel a bit cramped, especially during lunch hours, but I guess that just shows how popular they are! I would love to see more seating options for customers waiting. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone looking for reliable banking.

I just had to share how much I love this bank! From day one, they’ve made me feel valued as a customer. When I opened my account, the representative took the time to really understand my financial goals and suggested products that fit my needs perfectly. The mobile app is super user-friendly, and I love that I can deposit checks from my phone. One little thing I’d suggest is to expand their hours on Saturdays, as I sometimes find it hard to make it during the week. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would recommend this bank to anyone!

I've been a customer for over two years and I've had my fair share of experiences, both good and not so great. However, I can confidently say the positives far outweigh the negatives! The staff is always friendly and willing to help. I recently had a complicated issue with a transaction, and the representative I spoke to went above and beyond to resolve it. They even followed up with me a few days later! The bank offers great tools for managing my finances online, which I appreciate. On the downside, I did notice that the wait times can be longer at peak hours, especially on Saturdays. If they could improve on that, it would elevate my experience even further. Nevertheless, I'm happy to continue banking here; it feels like they truly care about their customers.
