I’ve been a customer at this bank for over two years now, and I have to say, I've had a pretty solid experience overall. The branch staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming. They also offer a decent online banking platform that is user-friendly, making it easy for me to check my balance and transfer money from my phone. The ATM services are reliable, and I've had no issues accessing cash. That said, I did notice that there can be some wait times during peak hours. I came in on a Friday afternoon and had to wait about 20 minutes to be served, but the staff kept everyone informed, which I appreciated.
