Visiting this dental office has been a game changer for my family! My kids were originally nervous about going to the dentist, but the staff here is so warm and inviting that they now look forward to their visits. The pediatric dentist specializes in making kids feel comfortable, and they have a treasure chest that rewards them after their check-ups! I had a routine cleaning done, and I was impressed with how state-of-the-art the equipment was. The hygienist explained everything she was doing, which made me feel more at ease. The waiting area is cozy, filled with magazines and a kid's corner that kept my little one entertained. Dr. Smith is fantastic! I really appreciated his gentle touch during the cleaning—usually, I dread that part, but he made it surprisingly comfortable. The hygienist was also very friendly and thorough. I felt like they genuinely care about their patients. If I had to provide some constructive feedback, it would be about the parking situation; it can get a bit tight during peak hours. The office itself is very clean and organized, which always puts me at ease. What impressed me the most was the follow-up call I received the next day to check on how I was feeling. It really shows how much they care about their patients’ well-being. The scheduling process was smooth, and I loved that they were able to accommodate my busy work schedule. My only suggestion would be to have some more variety in the waiting room entertainment. A few more options would be great, especially for longer wait times.
