I can't say enough good things about my experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and patient with my questions. They helped me find the perfect hearing aid. I walked out feeling like a new person with my enhanced hearing! The only thing I’d suggest is to maybe have more information available online about the different models. I am so grateful for the help I received here! The team is knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable from the get-go. They were incredibly patient as I tested various hearing aids, and I never felt rushed. I ended up choosing a model that has changed my life! It’s amazing how much I was missing out on before. The only thing I’d love to see is a more flexible schedule, as I often work during the week. Other than that, I can't recommend this place enough! They truly care about their clients and their quality of life.
