I have been taking my kids to this clinic for the past three years, and I can honestly say it’s been a good experience overall. The doctors are knowledgeable and compassionate. My son had a severe allergy, and Dr. Lee was amazing—she spent a good amount of time educating us about managing his allergies and what to look for during flare-ups. The front desk staff is generally polite, although I’ve encountered a couple of instances where they seemed a bit overwhelmed, which may have resulted in longer wait times. On the plus side, I love the fact that they offer Saturday hours, which really helps us working parents. The waiting area is well-stocked with books and toys, making it fun for the kids. I appreciate the effort they put into making the clinic a kid-friendly environment. I would love to see them streamline the check-in process, but overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a caring pediatric clinic.

I couldn’t be happier with the care my children have received at this clinic! The doctors are genuinely wonderful and seem to really connect with the kids. My daughter had a cold recently, and the doctor took the time to not only diagnose her but also provided us with a lot of useful home remedies and advice, which I appreciated. The nurses are fantastic—so patient and friendly! The only thing that could be improved is the clinic’s online appointment system, which can be a bit finicky at times. Overall, though, the positive experience far outweighs that minor issue. It’s comforting to know that my kids are being cared for by such dedicated professionals. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a trustworthy pediatric clinic!

What a fantastic experience at this pediatric clinic! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive. I particularly appreciated the way they engaged with my son, making him feel comfortable and less anxious about his check-up. The nurse who took his vitals was so gentle and had a great way of explaining everything to him, which made the whole process smooth. Dr. Johnson was simply amazing—she took the time to listen to our concerns and even offered some great tips on nutrition for my son. It’s evident that they genuinely care about their patients. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps extending their Saturday hours a bit for parents who work during the week. But overall, I’m thrilled to have found such a wonderful practice!

As a first-time parent, I was really nervous about my baby’s first visit. Thankfully, the staff at the clinic were fantastic! They were welcoming and made me feel at ease right away. The pediatrician was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything about the visit. I especially loved how they involve parents in the conversation regarding their child's health. My only minor issue was the check-in process, which felt a bit disorganized at times. However, the quality of care we received outweighed that concern. I feel reassured knowing my child is in good hands here.
