I can't say enough good things about my experience! After my initial consultation with Dr. Zaragoza, I felt confident moving forward with surgery. He was attentive and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The staff was friendly and efficient, which helped ease my nerves. I had some anxiety about the procedure, but he took the time to address my concerns, which meant a lot to me. Post-surgery, I received excellent follow-up care and prompt responses to my questions. Everything felt very personalized. The only thing I think could improve is their office's phone response time; it sometimes took a few tries to get through. I had a really positive experience with Dr. Zaragoza. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable.
