After a frustrating experience at another shop, I was hesitant to trust another service center. However, this place turned out to be a breath of fresh air! The customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. I was impressed with their thoroughness in diagnosing my car’s issue and providing a detailed estimate before starting any work. They replaced my alternator and had my car running like new in no time. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that they don’t open on weekends, which can be inconvenient for those of us with busy schedules. Nonetheless, I’ll be recommending them to family and friends!
