I switched to this credit union a few months ago, and I couldn't be happier. The customer service is top-notch, and I love how accessible they are. Each visit has been pleasant, and the staff members genuinely seem to care about helping you. I also appreciate the lower fees compared to traditional banks, which is a nice change. However, I wish they had more ATMs around town for convenience. Overall, I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend them to others!

My experience with this credit union has truly been a breath of fresh air compared to my previous banking experiences. I recently refinanced my car loan through them, and the process was seamless! The rates they offered were competitive, and the customer service was exceptional. I was impressed by how the loan officer took the time to explain each step of the process, making sure I understood all the details before signing anything. The community events they host are also a fantastic way to connect with other members and learn more about financial literacy. The only downside I noticed was during my last visit when navigating the parking lot was a bit tricky. Maybe they could consider adding clearer signage. Overall, I’m thrilled with my choice and feel that my money is in good hands here.
