I recently had the pleasure of using a catering service for my sister's wedding, and I cannot express how thrilled we were with the experience! We ended up choosing a Southern-inspired menu that featured melt-in-your-mouth brisket, creamy mac and cheese, and a gorgeous array of seasonal vegetables. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor! One of my favorite parts of the night was the carving station—they had a real pro on duty who not only served the meat perfectly but also shared some fun stories about the dishes. It made the experience feel even more personal and engaging! The only minor hiccup was that the dessert table was a bit crowded, making it hard for some guests to navigate. Perhaps a little restructuring of that would enhance the flow. However, once we got our hands on those mini pecan pies and bourbon cupcakes, all was forgiven!
