From the moment we reached out for help, we knew we were in good hands. The team’s empathetic approach made a world of difference during such a difficult time in our lives. They were available 24/7, which was such a relief as we navigated my father’s care. The nurses were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us, ensuring that we understood the process and what to expect. One nurse even stayed late one evening just to make sure my dad was comfortable and settled. It gave us such peace of mind knowing he was in such capable hands. The atmosphere was warm and supportive; you could really feel the genuine love and dedication they have for their patients. I did wish that there were more group support sessions for families, but the individual support we received was invaluable. I can’t thank everyone enough for their dedication and care.
