I recently had my car repaired at this auto shop after a minor collision, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and attentive. They walked me through the entire process, explaining what needed to be done and giving me a detailed estimate that was quite reasonable. I was especially impressed with how quickly they turned around the repairs—my car was ready much sooner than I expected! When I picked it up, it looked as good as new, and they even washed it for me! The only thing I would suggest is better signage outside; it took me a couple of minutes to find the entrance. But overall, I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. They truly know how to treat their customers right!

The staff was knowledgeable and answered all my questions, which I appreciated as someone who isn’t very car-savvy. They kept me updated throughout the repair process, and I loved that they sent me pictures of the progress via text! My car was ready right on schedule, and the final bill was exactly what they had quoted, which is a rarity in the industry. The only hiccup I encountered was a slight delay in getting the initial estimate due to a busy day. I understand that things happen, but if they could improve on that aspect, it would make the experience even better. Still, I would definitely return if I ever need repairs again.
