I had a great experience when I visited recently to get some documents notarized. The staff was attentive and helped me with everything I needed in a timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised by how organized the process was and how quickly I was in and out. However, I did notice that parking could be a hassle during busy hours, so arriving early might be a good idea. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definitely return for other banking needs!

As a long-time customer, I've seen this bank evolve over the years and I must say, they've made some impressive improvements! The online banking platform is user-friendly and has all the features I need, including mobile check deposits, which save me so much time. I also love their customer service; the staff is always so friendly and eager to assist. During my last visit, I spoke with a representative who helped me set up an automatic transfer for my savings goals, which was incredibly helpful. One slight drawback is that their hours could be more accommodating on weekends. They close quite early on Saturdays, which can be a bit inconvenient for those of us who work during the week. Nonetheless, I feel well taken care of as a customer and look forward to continuing my banking with them.
