I had the best experience at this bank when I went to set up my new checking account. The staff was incredibly helpful and made the whole process so easy! They answered all my questions thoroughly, and I felt valued as a customer. Plus, their hours on Saturdays are perfect for someone like me who works during the week. The only thing I might suggest is adding more ATMs around the city because sometimes I have to drive a bit to find one. But overall, I’m really happy with my experience!
