The layout of the branch is convenient, and I love how spacious it feels. It's never overly crowded, which is a plus for me. The staff are incredibly helpful; I had an issue with my debit card one day, and not only did they solve it quickly, but they also made sure I had everything I needed to continue using my account without any hassle. I also really appreciate their Saturday hours! It's nice to have that flexibility for those of us who work during the week. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is that I wish their ATM network was a bit larger, as I had trouble finding a nearby ATM that didn’t charge fees.
