I’ve been working with my trainer for about six months now, and I can honestly say it’s been a game changer for my fitness journey. Each session is tailored to my progress, which makes me feel like I'm getting my money’s worth. The trainer is always willing to adjust the workout to fit what I’m comfortable with, while still pushing me to better myself. I also appreciate the flexibility in scheduling; it makes it much easier to fit workouts into my hectic life. The only thing I would suggest is adding some more group classes for variety, but the one-on-one sessions have been so beneficial for me. Overall, I’m thrilled with my experience!
