I can't say enough good things about my experience! The instructors here are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely care about each student's journey. I took a beginner class, and they really took the time to explain the poses and movements, making me feel comfortable. The environment is serene and welcoming, which helped me relax right from the start. I also loved how they incorporate mindfulness and breathing techniques into the practice. My only suggestion would be to add a few more classes during peak hours, as it can get crowded. Overall, I left feeling rejuvenated and excited to come back!
