I’ve been renting through this agency for a little over a year now, and I’ve had a pretty solid experience. The staff, especially Tammy, are very friendly and responsive. They really try to make things work for you, which I appreciate. The only reason I didn’t give a full five stars is that I sometimes find it challenging to reach someone on the weekends, as they’re closed. It would be great if they could have some weekend hours! Overall, though, I’m very happy with their service.
