I recently had a consultation and examination, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. The office is nicely decorated and has a very inviting atmosphere. Dr. Bennett was thorough and really took the time to listen to my concerns. I appreciated how he explained the potential treatment options and what to expect. He is clearly very knowledgeable in his field, and it shows. I was a bit nervous before my appointment, but he made sure to comfort me throughout the process. The only thing that could improve is the office hours; I wish they had Saturday appointments available for those of us with busy work weeks. Still, I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of proctology care!

I had a good experience overall. Dr. Bennett was very professional and made me feel comfortable during the exam. He took the time to answer all my questions, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly as well. The only thing I would suggest is to improve the waiting time; I waited about 20 minutes past my appointment time. But once I was in, I felt like I was in very capable hands. I would recommend him if you need this kind of service.

Had a great experience during my visits. The staff was attentive, and the atmosphere was surprisingly calming for a medical office. I had my first appointment a few weeks ago, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by how at ease I felt. As someone who was dreading this visit, I walked in with a lot of nerves. The staff was incredibly welcoming, which helped calm my anxiety right away. Dr. Bennett took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the examination, which was honestly a relief. He has a way of making you feel comfortable, even in a rather uncomfortable situation. The office itself is clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. The only downside was the waiting time; I was in the office for about 30 minutes before being seen. However, once I was with Dr. Bennett, I felt my concerns were truly heard and addressed. I would recommend him to anyone needing this type of care!

Visiting a proctologist is not the most fun experience, but I genuinely felt that I was in good hands here. Dr. Bennett is very knowledgeable and approachable, which made the process much easier for me. The consultation was comprehensive, and he answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I also appreciated that he didn’t rush through the appointment; he took the time to make sure I was comfortable and informed about the procedures. The office staff was friendly and professional as well, and the environment was surprisingly calming. My only piece of feedback would be to have a more streamlined check-in process as it took a bit longer than expected. But overall, I left feeling relieved and well looked after!
