I recently started training with a personal trainer, and I can't say enough good things! The sessions are always tailored to my fitness level, which makes me feel both challenged and supported. I've already noticed improvements in my strength and endurance after only a month. The trainer is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about my progress. The atmosphere is motivating, and I love how it feels like a personal fitness community. The only minor thing I’d suggest is possibly extending the weekend hours; I’d love to fit in a session on Sunday. Overall, a fantastic experience!
