I had a wonderful experience at this hair salon! Katie is not only skilled but incredibly friendly and welcoming. The Brazilian blowout I received was perfectly tailored to my hair type. She took the time to chat with me about my hair concerns and what I wanted to achieve. The salon ambiance was delightful, and I found it to be a peaceful getaway from my busy day. The only downside was that I had to wait a bit past my appointment time, but Katie was very apologetic and made sure to give me a great experience once I was in her chair. What a fantastic experience! I found out about this salon thanks to glowing reviews online, and now I’m adding my own. Katie is a true artist when it comes to hair! I arrived for my appointment and immediately felt at ease with her warm demeanor. She explained everything about the treatment process and what to expect, which was greatly appreciated. The salon itself is beautifully decorated, making it a relaxing space to spend a couple of hours. I opted for the Brazilian blowout, and the results were beyond my expectations—my hair was so shiny and manageable! After the treatment, I received helpful tips on how to maintain my hair, which I found very useful. The only thing I would say is that it would be nice if they had a few refreshments available, like water or tea, while you wait. But other than that, I had a brilliant experience and will definitely be returning!
