As a long-time member, I can honestly say that this credit union has exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff knows me by name, which makes a huge difference in how I feel about my banking experience. They offer a variety of loan options that helped me secure a great rate on my car loan. I was able to complete the entire process within a week, and they even provided me with advice on budgeting, which was a nice touch. One aspect I think could improve is their mobile app; while it’s functional, it could use some aesthetic updates for easier navigation.
