I recently had an appointment at this optometry office, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. As someone who has had a rough time with eye doctors in the past, I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and professional the staff was. The receptionist greeted me with a warm smile, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Dr. Lauer took the time to ask about my vision history and really listened to my concerns. His thoroughness during the examination gave me a lot of confidence in his expertise. What stood out the most was his ability to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which made me feel involved in my own eye care process. The technology used for the eye exam seemed state-of-the-art, and I appreciated that he used various methods to ensure accurate results. After my exam, he helped me choose the right pair of glasses, providing great recommendations based on both style and functionality. The only downside was the wait time, as I had to wait for about 15 minutes past my appointment time, but it was easily forgotten because of the quality of care I received.
