I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Domby after I fractured my ankle while on vacation. I was in a lot of pain and quite anxious about the whole situation. From the first phone call to schedule an appointment, I felt supported. The staff was incredibly friendly and worked hard to accommodate me on short notice. During my visit, Dr. Domby took the time to thoroughly examine my injury and discuss my medical history. What stood out was his compassionate demeanor; he made me feel at ease and explained everything in layman's terms. He took the time to demonstrate how to use crutches properly and provided detailed information about my recovery process. I was impressed by his attention to detail and commitment to ensuring I understood my treatment options. The follow-up appointment went smoothly as well; I appreciated that he checked in on my progress and made adjustments to my recovery plan as needed. The only slight downside was the wait time, which was longer than I had hoped, but given the level of care I received, I can’t complain too much.
