I can’t express how grateful I am for the care my father received at this wonderful facility. From the moment we walked in, the staff welcomed us with open arms. They took the time to show us around and explain their programs, which are not only engaging but also tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident. My father, who had been struggling with memory loss, found joy in the daily activities, especially the music therapy sessions. It was heartwarming to see him light up while interacting with others in the memory care group. The caregivers are truly exceptional; they are attentive and genuinely care about the well-being of the residents. I always felt comfortable knowing my dad was in good hands. The facility itself is clean, bright, and feels very homey, which made a huge difference for him. However, I did notice that during peak meal times, the dining area can get a bit crowded, and wait times for some meals can be longer than expected. But the quality of the food is quite good, with a decent variety, so we didn’t mind waiting too much. As a family member of a resident, I can confidently say that this is one of the best decisions we made for my mother. The level of attention and care she receives is remarkable. The staff is not only professional but also incredibly warm and friendly. They take the time to know each resident personally, which is evident in the way they interact with them. My mom has found a new family here! They have a wonderful array of activities that keep her engaged and entertained, from arts and crafts to gardening. I also love that they have outings to local parks and events in the community, which help the residents feel connected to the outside world. The only minor issue we've encountered is that sometimes communication from the administration could be a bit clearer, especially regarding special events. A quick monthly newsletter could really help keep families in the loop. Other than that, I couldn't be happier with the care mom is receiving. This place truly feels like home, and I am so relieved to see her thriving in such a supportive environment.
