I had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The orthodontist took the time to explain every step of my treatment, which I really appreciated. The waiting area was clean and welcoming, and I hardly had to wait for my appointment. My only suggestion would be to have a few more magazines or activities for longer waits, although mine was brief! Overall, I'm thrilled with the progress I’m seeing.
