My experience with this property management company has been fantastic! I’ve been a tenant in one of their managed properties for over a year now, and they consistently exceed my expectations. Their customer service is top-notch; whenever I have a maintenance issue, they respond quickly and send someone out right away. The staff is always friendly and professional, making sure to follow up after repairs. The only area I think they could improve is to offer more flexible hours for maintenance appointments, as I sometimes have conflicts with my work schedule. Nonetheless, I feel very lucky to have them managing my living situation!

I moved into a rental managed by this company a few months ago, and I’ve been really impressed with their professionalism. From the initial tour, I could tell they genuinely care about their properties and tenants. The leasing agent took the time to answer all my questions and even provided insights about the neighborhood, which was so helpful as I was new to the area. Since moving in, maintenance requests are handled promptly, usually within 24 hours. It’s great knowing that my concerns are taken seriously! However, I found that their online portal could use a little improvement. Sometimes it can be tricky to navigate, especially when trying to pay rent or view documents. Overall, though, I’ve had a really positive experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a rental.
