I can't say enough good things about this shop! I had some concerns about my car's shifting issues, and after reading the excellent reviews, I decided to give them a try. I wasn't disappointed! The technician was friendly and took the time to listen to all my concerns. He diagnosed the problem quickly and even showed me some of the worn parts that needed replacement. It felt great to be included in the process. They quoted me a fair price with no hidden fees, which is a huge plus in my book. The repair was done efficiently, and I love how they communicated with me throughout the process. The only reason I'm not giving a full five stars is that parking was a bit tight when I arrived, but that’s a minor issue for such great service.
