I can't say enough good things about my experience! I walked in with a million questions about hot tubs, and the staff was incredibly patient. They helped me narrow down my choices based on what I was looking for—size, features, and even price. I was pleased to find that they had a great selection to choose from. After making my purchase, I was thrilled with the installation process. The team was efficient and respectful of my space. I also want to highlight their customer service; they genuinely care about making sure you're satisfied. Since bringing the hot tub home, it’s been such a source of relaxation for my family and me. The only reason I'm not giving a full five stars is that I wish they had a better warranty program. Overall, though, I highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the market for a hot tub!

I recently purchased a hot tub and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked into the store, the staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me through the different options without pushing me toward the most expensive models. I really appreciated that! I ended up choosing a model that fits perfectly in my backyard and has features that I didn’t even know I wanted, like LED lighting and adjustable jet settings. The installation process was smooth as well. They set it up quickly and demonstrated how to use it properly. It’s been a week since I started using my hot tub, and it's been pure bliss! The only downside is that they’re closed on weekends, which makes it hard for those of us with busy work schedules to pop in for accessories or maintenance tips. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to add a little luxury to their life!

Purchasing a hot tub from here was a wonderful experience overall! The staff was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I loved how they took the time to explain the different hot tub features, including the various jet options and how they can enhance relaxation. I ended up choosing a beautiful model that's perfect for my patio. What impresses me the most is the quality; it feels sturdy and well-made. After installation, they took the time to show me how to maintain it properly, which I found very useful. One small thing I think could enhance the shopping experience would be to have a bit more in-store displays or hot tubs available for testing out; that would allow customers to get a real feel for which model they'd prefer. Still, this hasn’t taken away from my satisfaction at all. I am loving my hot tub and would recommend this place to anyone who’s thinking about getting one!

I had a really positive experience purchasing my hot tub here. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. They answered all my questions and helped me select the perfect tub for my needs. The variety of options was impressive. I particularly liked the fact that they offer models with energy-efficient features, which is a big plus for me. Installation went smoothly, and they made sure to walk me through all the features once it was set up. The only thing I wish they would improve on is their response time for service calls. When I needed a follow-up question answered, it took a little longer than expected to hear back. However, the quality of the product and the initial service made it worth it!
