I can't say enough good things about this oral surgery practice! From the moment I made my first appointment, the staff has been exceptionally friendly and helpful. The office itself has a modern feel, and I appreciate how they have incorporated technology into their practice. When I arrived for my consultation, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was taken in – no long waits! Dr. Reed was incredibly professional and made sure to explain everything to me in layman terms, which helped ease my anxiety. The procedure itself was quick and efficient, and I was amazed at how well I healed afterward. They provided me with a detailed aftercare plan, which was very helpful. If there’s one thing I’d suggest, it would be to have more detailed information on potential costs available at the initial consultation. Dr. Thompson took the time to explain the entire procedure in detail, answering all my questions without making me feel rushed. He even showed me some visuals to help me understand what to expect. The procedure went smoothly, and I felt minimal discomfort afterward, which was a pleasant surprise! One small thing I would suggest is that the post-op instructions could be a little clearer; I had to reach out for clarification on a couple of points. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you need oral surgery. They truly take care of their patients, and I appreciate that immensely.
