I can't say enough good things about my experience here! I came in looking for some quality pork and ended up leaving with a fabulous selection of meats. The butcher who helped me was so passionate and shared his favorite cooking tips for each cut I purchased. I ended up selecting some pork chops and a roast, and they were both incredibly flavorful. What I particularly loved was how fresh everything tasted compared to what I've found in grocery stores. The facility was clean, and it felt like a well-run operation. One minor suggestion would be to offer more ready-to-cook meal options or marinades, as I think that could attract more customers. Overall though, I’m sold on making this my go-to for all my meat needs!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this butcher shop for the first time, and I was absolutely impressed! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the various cuts of meat. I decided to go with their grass-fed beef, and it was out of this world! The marbling was perfect, and it cooked beautifully on the grill. My only critique is that their hours could be a bit more flexible, especially since I usually have weekends off and they’re closed. Overall, a fantastic experience that I will definitely be repeating!

What a gem! I discovered this place while searching for a local butcher, and I couldn't be happier. The custom butchering service is top-notch, and they truly listened to my preferences. I brought in a deer for processing, and they did an amazing job. Not only did they handle the meat with care, but they also packaged it beautifully. The staff was friendly and made the whole process enjoyable. I also loved the variety of sausages they offer! Just a quick note: it would be great if they could expand their hours a bit for those of us who work during the day. Still, highly recommend!
