I had my first visit a few weeks ago for a routine inspection, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a car service place. From the moment I walked in, the receptionists greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process smooth and easy. They were upfront about the costs involved and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the garage and the professionalism of the mechanics. They took their time to conduct a thorough inspection and even provided me with a detailed report of their findings. While I was waiting, I noticed they had a small coffee station, which was a nice touch. My only suggestion would be to have a few magazines or something to read in the waiting area. But overall, an excellent service that I would highly recommend to anyone needing car work!

I can’t recommend this place enough! I went in for an inspection, slightly worried about some unusual noises my car was making. The staff were absolutely brilliant - they listened carefully to my concerns and assured me they would take a good look. While I waited, I was greeted with cups of tea from the staff, which really eased my nerves. The mechanics went above and beyond, not only addressing my initial worries but also performing a comprehensive check. They even suggested some maintenance I could do myself to help keep my car in tip-top shape, which was incredibly helpful. The price was very reasonable considering the level of service I received. The only minor feedback would be to improve the signage outside, as I initially drove past and had to turn around. But honestly, that’s a small issue compared to the high-quality service I experienced. I will definitely be returning for all my car needs!

What a fantastic experience! I was a bit anxious about bringing my car in for an inspection, but the staff here really put my mind at ease. They were professional and explained every step of the process, which I found very reassuring. I also liked how they took the time to show me a couple of potential issues with my vehicle that I hadn’t noticed. The only downside was the waiting area could use a few more comfortable seats, as it was quite full when I arrived. Overall, though, I was very satisfied with the service and will definitely return in the future. Kudos to the team for their hard work!
