I recently visited for a diagnostic imaging procedure, and I must say the experience exceeded my expectations! I had a pleasant experience during my recent visit. The staff members were courteous and professional, which is always a relief during what can be a stressful time. Dr. Busch has an easygoing demeanor and made the process feel less intimidating. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the procedure and provided reassurance throughout. The facility was equipped with the latest technology, which made me feel like I was in good hands. However, I did notice that the wait time was a bit longer than I expected. I arrived on time for my appointment but still waited nearly 30 minutes before being called back. While this wasn’t a dealbreaker, I think it could be improved. Nonetheless, I would still recommend this service for anyone needing radiology.

From the moment I walked in, I was met with smiles and kindness. The reception staff checked me in promptly and helped me with all my questions. The facility itself is modern and clean, which always puts me at ease. Dr. Busch was very thorough during my examination and took the time to answer my questions without rushing me. I particularly appreciated how he explained the results in detail and what they meant for my health moving forward. The only minor point I would mention is that the parking lot can get a bit crowded during peak hours, but it’s nothing that would deter me from returning. I left feeling confident and informed about my condition. Definitely a great choice for imaging needs!

I cannot recommend this place enough! I had to undergo an MRI, which I was quite anxious about. However, from the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was calm, which helped to ease my nerves. Dr. Busch was fantastic—he explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable before the procedure. The equipment seemed state-of-the-art, and the whole process was faster than I anticipated. One thing I would suggest is better signage for first-time visitors, as I found it a bit confusing to navigate the building. Nonetheless, this minor hiccup didn’t take away from the overall experience. I left feeling reassured and grateful for the excellent care I received!

I was really impressed with my visit here! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease right away. Dr. Busch took the time to explain everything in a way that I could understand, which really calmed my nerves. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I didn’t have to wait long at all for my appointment. Overall, I felt well cared for and valued as a patient. The only thing I might suggest is to add some magazines or a TV in the waiting area for those who might arrive early. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing imaging services!
