What I love about this place is the sense of community you feel the moment you step inside. Everyone from the staff to the members is incredibly welcoming. The group classes are well-structured, and the energy is infectious! I was a bit nervous starting my fitness journey, but the supportive atmosphere made it easy. I’m especially grateful for the variety of classes offered. It keeps things fresh and challenging! My only suggestion would be to perhaps add some weekend workshops for nutrition or wellness tips. That could really complement the fitness aspect. Overall, I’m so happy I found this gem, and I can’t wait to see how much I improve over the next few months!

I joined a few weeks ago, and I am really thrilled about my decision! The classes are fantastic, particularly the HIIT sessions, which really get the heart pumping. The instructors have been a huge highlight for me; they really know their stuff and provide modifications to ensure everyone can keep up. One thing I've noticed though is that the morning classes can get quite full, which sometimes means a bit of waiting for equipment. Perhaps they could consider expanding the class sizes or adding more slots? Nevertheless, the community vibe is fantastic, and I've already made some great friends here. I’m excited to see where I can take my fitness journey with their help!
