I can’t say enough good things about my experiences at this credit union! I’ve been a member for a few years now and have always found their services to be top-notch. The staff is incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with any banking inquiries. Just last week, I went in to open a savings account, and the process was so smooth thanks to the staff’s professionalism. They really took the time to explain the benefits of different accounts, helping me choose the one that best fits my financial goals. One of my favorite aspects is their community involvement. They’re always holding events to support local charities, which I think is fantastic. It’s nice to know that my money is going to a place that cares about the community. Also, their mobile app is fantastic! I love being able to check balances and make transfers on the go; it’s super convenient. If I had to mention one minor thing, I would say their hours could be a bit more flexible. I wish they opened earlier on Saturdays, as I often have to run errands. But that’s a small inconvenience compared to the excellent service I continue to receive. I had a few questions regarding my account setup, and Anna, one of the representatives, took the time to walk me through everything patiently. She was knowledgeable and really made sure I understood all my options. I felt like I was truly valued as a customer. The online banking interface is also quite user-friendly—I've had no issues navigating through my accounts, transferring funds, or checking my statements. Plus, their loan rates are competitive; I was able to secure a personal loan with terms that suited my needs perfectly. However, I did notice that their wait times during peak hours can be a bit long. I visited on a Saturday morning, and there were quite a few people ahead of me. It’s understandable, but maybe they could consider adding more staff during busy times to help expedite the process. Overall, my experience has been great, and I’m looking forward to a long relationship with this credit union. If you’re in the market for a new bank, I highly recommend giving them a shot! They’ve certainly earned my trust and loyalty.
