I had a pleasant experience at this credit union while opening my new account. The staff were friendly and made the process quite smooth. I was in and out in no time! They answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. I also appreciate their commitment to community involvement; it's nice to see a financial institution that cares. However, I did notice that their ATM network is a bit limited, which can be a minor hassle. Still, I would recommend them for their excellent customer service and community focus. Overall, I’m happy with my decision to join!

My experience with this credit union has been largely positive! I opened a checking account here a few months ago and have found their service to be friendly and efficient. The staff always greet me with a smile and are willing to help with any questions I have. I appreciate the fact that they offer financial education workshops, which I attended last month. It was informative and really changed my perspective on budgeting and saving! However, I do wish they would update their waiting area, as it feels a bit dated and could use some more comfortable seating. Still, the staff’s attentiveness more than makes up for that. They also have a solid mobile app that’s easy to navigate, which is a huge plus for me. Overall, I feel valued as a member and am glad I made the switch!
