I switched to this bank after hearing positive reviews from friends, and I’m glad I did. The staff members here are generally helpful and welcoming. I recently had to sort out some issues with my account, and the representative really went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved. However, I did find that the phone support can sometimes lead to longer wait times, which can be frustrating when you need quick answers. I had a really pleasant experience during my visit! The staff were super friendly and took the time to explain the different account options. I was especially impressed with how patient they were as I asked a ton of questions. The lobby was clean and organized, which made the whole process smooth. I did notice that the wait time could be a bit long during peak hours, so maybe they could use a few more hands on deck. Overall, I left feeling confident about my decision and appreciated the attention I received!

Wow! I can't say enough good things about my experience. I recently opened a savings account and the process was incredibly easy and straightforward. The team really took their time to help me understand all the features and potential benefits. I also love the online banking app! It’s user-friendly and allows me to manage my accounts seamlessly from anywhere. The only downside is that they aren't open on Sundays, which can be inconvenient. However, the weekday hours are pretty solid. Definitely a five-star experience overall!
