I’ve been banking at this branch for a while now and have had mostly positive experiences. Their customer service is top-notch; every time I've visited, the representatives have been friendly and willing to assist with any inquiries. I remember one occasion where a representative took the time to explain all the options for setting up my account, which made me feel really supported as a new client. The location is convenient, and I love their extended hours on Saturdays, which allows me to run errands and bank in one trip. However, there are times when it can get busy and I’ve had to wait longer than I’d like. It would be amazing if they could consider adding more staff during peak hours to better accommodate everyone. Despite this, I definitely recommend them for their overall service and offerings.

I had a really great experience at this bank! The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to walk me through all the services they offer. I was particularly impressed with their online banking options; it makes managing my finances so much easier. The branch itself is clean and well-organized, which I appreciate. The only minor thing I would suggest is to have a few more employees during peak hours on weekdays to help reduce wait times. However, overall, I felt valued as a customer and will definitely return for my banking needs!
