I switched to this bank a few months ago, and it’s been a great decision! The customer service has been fantastic; every time I’ve gone in for assistance, the staff have been incredibly helpful. I opened a savings account and was thrilled to find out about their competitive interest rates. The atmosphere in the branch is very welcoming, and the staff really seem to enjoy helping their customers. One area I think could use some improvement is their ATM availability. I’ve noticed a couple of times that the ATM outside was out of service, which can be a bit inconvenient. That said, the indoor ATM is always functional, and the staff is more than willing to assist if you're in a pinch. I appreciate the convenience of their hours during the week, too. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience here and would recommend this bank to friends and family!
